Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – Still Delivering
We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and wellbeing of our employees, florists, you our valued customers and your loved ones is always our number one priority.
In line with government guidance, we have closed the shop doors as of 24th March 2020. The government are encouraging online retailers to continue to trade and therefore we are able to operate this way. For your peace of mind, all gifts will continue to be delivered contact-free for the health and safety of our florists and your special people.
Whilst carrying out online deliveries we will be following guidance provided by the World Health Organisation and the British government. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.
What flowers are you delivering?
To help us to continue to run our business at a time when they have been impacted by flower shortages, we are using our creative license to design a seriously special hand-tied on your behalf. It’s what we call our Florist’s Choice and it’s just like walking into a real florist shop!
Every Florist’s Choice Hand-tied is designed and created using only the freshest, most swoon-worthy stems as chosen by the florist (the clue really is in the name!). Because every design is unique and seasonal, we can’t guarantee exactly which flowers we will choose. What we absolutely can guarantee though is that the end result will really knock their socks off! How can we be so sure? Because it’s what we do every day of the week in our shop. Give us the opportunity and we’ll conjure up a marvellous bouquet in the way that only we know how.
You simply choose how much you’d like to spend, and let our fabulous florists take care of the rest.
How will my flowers be delivered?
For everyone’s peace of mind, we’ve introduced a truly contact-free delivery experience. How does it work? Our florist will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance whilst they delight in their gift. They’ll be no hand-to-hand contact and no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox.
Is it safe to receive flowers?
According to information published on The World Health Organisation’s website: “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”
Can I amend an existing order?
